Dr. Dhananjay Zutshi is one of the Best Cardiologist in PCMC and Pune. He completed his MBBS from Dr V. M Government Medical College,Solapur. Subsequently he pursued his post graduation in MD Medicine from one of the most prestigious institutes of our country, PGIMER, Chandigarh. Thereafter he did his training in DM Cardiology from GB Pant Hospital, Maulana Azad medical college, New Delhi. He has further refined his skills working in K.E.M hospital, Parel Mumbai.He has expertise in providing consultation for heart diseases, interpreting Electrocardiogram (ECG), performing Echocardiography (2D ECHO), Trans Esophageal echocardiography (TEE), Dobutamine Stress Echocardiography (DSE), Stress Test (TMT), ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM) and Holter monitoring.
As an Interventional Cardiologist, Dr. Dhananjay Zutshi’s main focus areas are Coronary Angiography and Angioplasty, Permanent pacemaker implantation, Peripheral Angiography and Angioplasty, Balloon Mitral Valvotomy, Device Closure of ASD, VSD and PDA, IVC filter implantation, etc. He is well versed in complex interventions like IVUS, OCT, FFR guided coronary angioplasty, Rota-Ablation , Intravascular lithotripsy (IVL)and Bifurcation stenting.He has keen interest in Preventive cardiology, thereby guiding people in an appropriate way so that they can prevent themselves from being a cardiac patient. He also takes special interest in cardiac rehabilitation, thereby encouraging all heart patients to live life with the best quality as possible .
